The first journal built specifically for weightlifting competitions.

THE JOURNAL

Key benefits

  • Dial in your competition routine

Tracking weigh-ins, food, hydration, warm-ups, and attempts helps you understand exactly what sets you up to lift well on the platform.

  • Turn Every Competition Into Usable Data

Logging attempts leading up to the platform and on the platform shows patterns in load selection, timing, and execution, helping you refine strategy instead of relying on memory.

  • Support Recovery and Longevity

Noting recovery after competition helps you spot patterns in fatigue, soreness, and bounce-back time, leading to smarter post-meet decisions.

  • Moments Worth Remembering

Save the moments you don't want to forget; a quote, a story, a photo, a wristband, a number tag, or anything you want to look back on and smile.

THE REVIEWS

What people are saying!

  • Jacob P.

If you want to build consistency and accountability, and you want to teach how to reflect and learn from your performances, you need this.

  • Julie J.

As someone who is essentially done competing, in hindsight, I wish I better recorded how each meet went, so I could look back on my time training & competing with more pride in the effort I gave. Such a good idea!

  • Walt N.

As a coach, this is an amazing tool to have for all athletes, but especially our youth athletes.

  • Sara S.

Our conversation made me look back at my bookshelf, and I found my old running journals ahead of my 2nd marathon. It's pretty cool to look back on, and I am looking forward to seeing my old Athlete's Archives in the future!!

  • Thao L.

It's built with athlete's in mind! Having all metrics in one place makes it easy to dial in meet prep and actualy showing up ready during competition prep.

THE BEGINNING

Meet the creator

Combining my love for weightlifting and design.

Hi, I'm Anna Oberkircher. I started competing in 2020, and over time I wanted to find a way to merge my love for weightlifting and my career in design.

After some research, I found that there was a missed opportunity to create a structured, straightforward way for lifters to document their competitions. Did you eat well? How was your week leading up? Did you lift later in the day? All those variables matter and this journal is an easy way for lifters to learn what works for them. PLUS it's pretty cool to look back on all your achievements!

Thank you for choosing Athlete's Archive. I hope you love it as much as I do! If you have any questions, please reach out!
